It went to Court, a Judge signed a 2 page Judgement refusing to listen to reason. " a 2001 survey pin put in that is within 2ft of a tree that the 2001 surveyor never saw, was good enough"
I am now landlocked. This narrow strip between the road and the house became the neighbors property. They made a family affair of destroying everything. They installed this drainage catch basin, but then went and put a black tarp on it, so it would never work. We had to put some boards up to keep them from standing out and peering into the bedroom window constantly. Our front stairs lead into their new orange Line, which we can not cross. The "Nasty Gram" came next that buildings were encroaching...
Immediately after Court, the neighbor brought his tractor down and starts grading, removing All trees and vegetation that was planted over the last 20 years. His wife stole any plant she wanted, all the sprinkler pipes, flowers that were now on their "new land". The Neighbor then installed these 12ft metal post inside of concrete to block the driveways. Yes they are between the trees and the house, creating front stairs to lead nowhere, and creating us to be landlocked. This narrow strip of land between us and the County road on two sides, only feet from the house and is now owned by neighbors 3 acres away.
The Trees are no longer mine.
